📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK addresses only, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Sadly, due to Brexit-related complications, EU regulations, and international trade headaches (looking at you, US tariff chaos and NI protocol…), we do not currently ship to:

• Northern Ireland
• The European Union
• The United States or any other international destinations

We hope this changes in future — but for now, we’re keeping it simple.

📮 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, though it’s often quicker. Once dispatched, Royal Mail usually delivers within 2 working days, but please allow a little longer during busy periods.

🚚 Delivery Costs

Shipping is free on all UK orders. No hidden charges, no minimum spend — just straightforward delivery included in the price.

🖼️ Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it in transit. Smaller items go in rigid envelopes, and larger pieces are securely wrapped and reinforced. If something does arrive damaged (rare, but not impossible), please contact us at hello@incriminate.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we’ll sort it out.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
